Ultrasonic cleaning machines rely on transducers (vibrators, vibrators) to produce vibration. The ultrasonic cleaning machine converts the sound energy of the power ultrasonic frequency source into mechanical vibration through the transducer, and radiates the ultrasonic wave into the cleaning solution in the tank through the cleaning tank wall. Due to the radiation of ultrasonic waves, the microbubbles in the liquid in the tank can keep vibrating under the action of sound waves. It destroys the adsorption between dirt and the surface of the cleaning part, causing the fatigue damage of the dirt layer and being removed, and the vibration of gas bubbles scrubbes the solid surface.
Therefore, generally, the vibration of ultrasonic cleaning machine is small, which is largely due to the problem of ultrasonic vibrator. The causes and solutions of the problems are as follows:
1. The ultrasonic cleaning machine has been used for a long time, the transducer is aging, and the performance is degraded. Solution: the ultrasonic power can be increased appropriately, but this method will cause the heating capacity of the transducer to increase, which cannot fundamentally solve the problem. It is recommended to replace all transducers.
2. Some transducers of ultrasonic cleaning machine are damaged. Solution: replace the bad transducer.
3. The working point of power supply and transducer drifts. Solution: readjust the working point.
4. The ultrasonic cleaning machine is designed with low power and insufficient number of vibrating heads. Solution: it is suggested to increase the number of transducers.
